Molly Moloznik, MPAS, PA-C
Molly is the founder/co-owner of Uptown Skin and Aesthetics, established in 2025. She has over 15 years of dermatology experience and more than a decade of advanced training in cosmetic injectables and laser treatments to the aesthetic field. Known for her skilled, detail-oriented approach and warm bedside manner, Molly specializes in Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, PRP with microneedling, PRP for hair regeneration and state-of-the-art laser therapies designed to enhance natural beauty and restore confidence.
Originally from Wichita, Kansas, and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Molly earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Creighton University, where she also played Division I soccer. She went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Marquette University before relocating to Phoenix, Arizona in 2005, where she has since built a respected reputation in the dermatology and aesthetics community.
Molly is deeply committed to patient education, safety, and creating personalized treatment plans that align with each individual’s goals. Her aesthetic philosophy is rooted in subtle, natural-looking enhancements that complement and celebrate each patient’s unique features.
Outside the clinic, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. You can often find them hiking local trails, playing tennis, or enjoying the outdoors with their two dogs.
Megan Shoen, MPAS, PA-C
Megan is the founder/co-owner of Uptown Skin and Aesthetics, established in 2025. She has over 12 years of medical dermatology experience and 10 years of cosmetic/injectable experience. With a deep passion for skin health and a commitment to natural-looking results, Megan specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments including injectables, laser, microneedling, and personalized skincare regimens.
What sets Megan's approach apart is the fusion of medical precision with artistic insight. She takes pride in creating customized treatment plans that are both results-driven and tailored to each individual’s unique features and goals. Her commitment to delivering high-quality care in a warm, welcoming, and personalized setting is at the heart of everything she does, ensuring each patient feels confident and supported throughout their aesthetic and skincare journey.
Megan is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed to practice in the state of Arizona. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in 2012. Before pursuing her medical career, Megan was a scholarship athlete at The University of Texas at Austin, where she competed as a member of the Division I Women’s Rowing Team. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, focusing on Health Promotion and Fitness.
Outside the clinic, Megan is a proud Arizona native and enjoys relaxing in Pinetop, Arizona and on the Oregon Coast. She loves practicing Pilates, and spending quality time with her husband and three daughters.
Natalie Brown, BAS, CMA, CLT
Natalie is a dedicated and compassionate medical professional with a strong background in dermatology and aesthetics. She began her academic journey at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she was a student-athlete and served as captain of the university’s prestigious 9-time NDA National Championship dance team. From 2017 to 2020, Natalie pursued and earned her Associate of Applied Science in Medical Assisting, becoming an AAMA-certified Medical Assistant shortly after graduation.
Following her graduation, Natalie relocated to Arizona in the summer of 2020 to further her education. She attended Arizona State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Entrepreneurship and Innovation. While completing her degree, she continued working as a Medical Assistant in dermatology and aesthetics alongside Megan Shoen, gaining hands-on experience and refining her clinical skills.
Natalie’s extensive background in dermatology inspired her to become an ADHS-certified Laser Technician. Today, she works closely with the Uptown team, helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized, laser-safe treatments designed to deliver optimal results for every skin type.
Outside of her professional life, Natalie is married to her high school sweetheart. She enjoys crafting, writing, spending quality time with her family, relaxing with her beloved cat, and continuing to dance, a lifelong passion she still pursues today.
