PA-C INJECTOR, OWNER

Megan, a Phoenix native, is the founder and owner of Uptown Skin and Aesthetics, established in 2025. With more than 12 years of experience in medical dermatology and over a decade specializing in cosmetic injectables, she brings a unique blend of expertise, precision, and artistry to every treatment. Her passion for skin health and commitment to natural-looking results guide her approach to advanced aesthetic care.

What sets Megan's approach apart is the fusion of medical precision with artistic insight. She takes pride in creating customized treatment plans that are both results-driven and tailored to each individual’s unique features and goals. Her commitment to delivering high-quality care in a warm, welcoming, and personalized setting is at the heart of everything she does, ensuring each patient feels confident and supported throughout their aesthetic and skincare journey.

Megan earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in 2012, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Health Promotion and Fitness at the University of Texas at Austin.

Megan enjoys spending time in Pinetop, Arizona, and along the Oregon Coast. Outside of her professional life, she loves relaxing with her husband and three daughters.

AESTHETIC COORDINATOR, LE, CLT

Andrea is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She brings more than 20 years of advanced aesthetics experience to Uptown Skin and Aesthetics. Her career began in Chicago’s Gold Coast and North Shore, where she trained alongside some of the city’s most respected providers and developed a reputation for precision, safety, and exceptional outcomes.

With a strong foundation in skin science and treatment planning, Andrea is known for achieving remarkable results—often in less time than average—through her deep understanding of aesthetic interventions and her commitment to the safest, most effective applications.

At Uptown, Andrea leads all patient consultations and designs fully customized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. She also mentors the Uptown aesthetics team, ensuring every patient benefits from the highest level of expertise, care, and ethical standards.

Passionate about making aesthetics transparent and approachable, Andrea is dedicated to creating experiences that are safe, results-driven, and empowering for every patient.

Outside of her professional role, Andrea is a proud mother of four grown children. She enjoys staying active at the gym, attending concerts, horseback riding, cooking, and traveling.

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR, LICENSED AESTHETICIAN

Cassandra is a licensed aesthetician and Arizona native who brings both heart and precision to every treatment she performs. She graduated from Penrose Academy in Arizona and completed an extensive, in-house skin and aesthetics training program under the direction of our Aesthetic Coordinator, Andrea, mastering advanced protocols and result-driven skincare techniques.

Known for her passionate, personable, and intelligent approach, Cassandra loves educating patients on medical-grade skincare and creating customized treatment plans that support long-term skin health and confidence. Her favorite treatment to perform is the Oxygen Facial, a client-favorite for its instant glow and revitalizing benefits.

Outside of the treatment room, Cassandra enjoys interior design, great coffee, hiking Arizona trails, spending time with her best friend and boyfriend, and continuing to learn everything she can about the ever-evolving world of aesthetics. She also has 2 beloved dogs named Astro and Rocky who keep her busy when she’s not at the clinic.  

PATIENT COORDINATOR, LICENSED AESTHETICIAN

Reagan was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, and discovered her passion for aesthetics while growing up with 2 sisters. She graduated from Penrose Academy with her aesthetics license and loves helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their skin. 

At Uptown Skin & Aesthetics, Reagan plays an important role in directing patient flow and creating a welcoming experience from the moment patients walk through the door. Alongside her front-of-house responsibilities, Reagan also provides  treatments and loves connecting with patients throughout their skincare journey. Her favorite treatment to perform is the DiamondGlow.

Outside of Uptown, Reagan enjoys traveling, golfing, making memories with her fiancé, family, and friends. Her genuine personality, passion for skincare, and love for helping others make her a wonderful part of the Uptown team.
